At CrossFit Salem, we offer top-notch amenities to enhance your training experience. Freshen up in our locker rooms with showers, enjoy open gym spaces for independent workouts—including a Globo Gym, Small Box, and outdoor Rogue rig—and fuel your body with My Fit Foods, delivered fresh every Tuesday. Plus, 24/7 access is coming in 2025!
Locker Rooms
No more driving home for a quick shower before work... you can do that our gym. Locker rooms include a changing area and four showers in each.
Open Gym Spaces
Long Description: Come in anytime we are open and do your own workout. Several options for pre-programmed workouts are available on our Wodify app in addition to CrossFit workouts. 24/7 access coming in 2025 to these spaces. Use our "Globo Gym" to get a killer pump, work on accessory movements, or just do some additional cardio. Use our "Small Box" to do your own functional movement workouts or just mobilize and stretch. In the nice weather we have an outside space with a full Rogue rig so you can enjoy the sun and workout anytime. With four areas to exercise, no reason to be distracting the class with your individualized workouts.
Prepared Meals
Simply go to My Fit Foods and order amazing meals that get delivered to CrossFit Salem every Tuesday. They are stored i our fridge for you to pickup anytime we are open. Meal prep is not for everyone, let us help!
