1 hour class with a variety of functional fitness movements. The class starts with a warm up and workout briefing. You will experience weight lifting and cardio in this class.
30 minute class that has functional movements at moderate intensity. You can expect a beginner friendly format and basic movements that anyone can learn quickly.
This class usually lasts about 1 hour and twenty minutes. Our HIIT training involves a partner so you get frequent intervals of work and rest. Expect a fun environment and movements that are beginner friendly. This is every Sunday morning at 9a.
