2025 Gobbler Gauntlet - Nov. 8th
Find 2 other friends and join us on Nov. 8th 2025 for the longest running fitness competition in the Pacific North West. FFF and MMM teams in 4 divisions (Masters 40+, Rx, Scaled, and Novice). Sign up early for a discounted price of $225. Includes 3-4 workouts, finals and prizes for the top 3 teams in each division. Hosted at CrossFit Salem.

Have a blast at our first competition for teens only. Age divisions are 13-14, 15-16, and 17-18. Same gender teams of 2, all skill levels will be able to compete. 3-4 workouts, prizes for top teams, $180 per team includes competition shirts. Summer 2025 hosted at CrossFit Salem.
2025 Family Fit Games - April/May
Back for a FIFTH time, Family Fit Games competition is a one-of-a-kind event that gives parents (or another family member) a chance to compete with their kids (or nieces/nephews)! This event is open to ALL levels of fitness. Athletes are encouraged to familiarize themselves with different fitness domains; more specifically to have some exposure to Crossfit-style workouts, including elements of power-lifting, Olympic lifting, and gymnastics. Weight will be tested and will be appropriate for each age group. We WILL NOT program muscle ups in this competition, even for the adults.
